At College
- Greet the authorities in the college and hospital premises.
- Both parents and guardians are required to put their specimen signatures in the presence of the class teacher in the beginning of the academic year.
- Daily attendance in college and clinical are compulsory. Attendance would be taken at the beginning and end of the day. If the attendance is not fulfilled as per the requirements, the students will not be eligible to appear in the final University examination.
- Lunch break will be of half an hour only.
- The students should maintain silence in the classroom, library and other rooms and in the corridors when lectures are in session.
- If a student is required to get leave from the college or hospital in the middle of the day for an emergency, the student must get approval sanctioned from her class teacher or a supervisor and a letter must be produced from the parent/guardian.
- The students should take every effort to take care of the college and hospital property and should help to maintain it. They should not scribble or write on the tables, chairs and walls.
- Any damage to the property of the college and hospital will be dealt with as breach of discipline. In case of any damage the item to be replaced.
- All required assignments needs to be completed and submitted on time. Marks will be deducted and necessary action will be taken for late submission.
- Absenteeism or leave should be informed to class coordinators.
- Students are not allowed to go outside of college premises during the college hours.
- Take permission before entering staffroom as well as office.
- Bunking of lectures is strictly not allowed.
- The students should follow the prescribed dress code at the college and Uniform during the clinical.
- College is not responsible for any loss or theft of gold and other expensive items.
- Parents/ Guardians can visit college for the enquiry of some concerns/ information.
- Do not disturb the college authorities in their personal number unless it is emergency.
- Take prior appointment to meet the Director.
- Parents or guardians must meet the Directorwhenever called.
- All decisions taken by the Director are final.
Hostel Rules And Regulations
- The Hostel Serves as a home away from home. The institute takes the responsibility in making a conducive environment for them learning and a comfortable stay of students. To uphold the respect and values of the institution the students need to maintain the discipline in the hostel. To ensure a safe and conducive environment for the students in the hostel the college has set rules & regulations duly revised periodically. The students who are staying in the hostel should abide by the hostel rules, which are in force from time to time, failing which strict disciplinary action will be taken.
- Keep the rooms clean and tidy.
Maintain excellent interpersonal relationship with every resident.
Mandatorily devote 2 hours daily for studies.
Attend roll call at sharp 09.00pm. Any absence from roll call must be reported to the respective Incharge.
Put off the lights of room by 11.00pm. Students who wish to study after 11pm can use the study room.
Use mobiles till 08.30pm only if the undertaking is filled by the parents/guardians and signed.
Inform use their own bedroom and must sleep only on their bed.
Maintenance problem to the respective Incharge and write in the register.
Not to use the iPods during study time and exam time, if found to be a nuisance, it will be taken away.
Ironing of cloths only in the space provided and on the ironing tables only and not inside the rooms.
Maintain discipline in any case, if a complaint is received more than three times, a written memo will be given to the student.

Sunday: Outing till 06.00pm only.
Entry must be done in the hostel register before leaving and before entering the hostel.
Only in and around Navi Mumbai is allowed.

Only one overnight pass a month on written request, signed by the guardian, and counter signed by the Principal after obtaining permission from class coordinator and warden.
Must submit the guardian’s letter by Wednesday before 12.30pm to obtain permission.
Any student who want to commute from home for a specific period need to submit a written request letter to the Principal from the guardian/parent.
Overnight pass request must be submitted well in advance.

Two days in a month (from 8am to 4pm) is permitted.
Students who are going out other than guardians place / outside Navi Mumbai/Sanpada must write letter and get permission from the Principal in advance.

Local guardians should be nominated by the parents at the time of admission.
Guardians photograph should be submitted to the warden and he/she should sign in the guardian’s register.
Any change in the local Guardian should be informed to the college by the Parents in writing.

Visitors are not allowed in the hostel rooms.
Guardians are only allowed to visit their students.
The guardians are allowed to meet the students only in the visitor’s lounge.
Visiting timings • Wednesday – 4.00pm to 6.00 pm • Saturday – 4.00pm to 6.00pm
If any other relative wants to meet the student, the guardian must accompany the visitor.

If sick, students should report to the hostel Incharge and visit the OPD.
Students are not allowed to stay back in the hostel during college hours without permission from Warden. -
Outside food is not allowed. Strict disciplinary action will be taken if found eating outside food in the hostel rooms.
Food should be taken only in the mess hall and should be finished within half an hour after the food arrives.
Any complaints regarding the food should be informed immediately to the respective Incharge.
Mess fees should be paid to the mess Incharge on or before 10th of the month on quarterly basis.
Dress code need to be followed at the time of meals in the mess hall and hair should be properly tied.
